Lanyon Announces Significant New Customer Wins and Expansions :

Lanyon is pleased to announce the award of a significant number of new and expanded customer contracts. Since the beginning of 2012, Lanyon has been selected by 23 additional hotel brands to support their corporate RFP management process. The new customers are geographically diverse and headquartered in various locations including; Belgium, Germany, Hungary, India, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, United Kingdom, UAE and USA.

?Lanyon continues to hold its place in the industry as the most efficient RFP management platform for hotels, and along with the continually growing number of corporations using the Lanyon tool, the Frankfurt-based Steigenberger Hotel Group considers Lanyon an essential partner in managing its corporate business and presenting the hotel group to its corporate and consortia partners?.

According to Rodrigo Jimenez, CTO, Sceptre Hospitality, ?Lanyon has created a global marketplace that is essential to our hotels and their expanding market share, which is why we view Lanyon as such a valuable partner?.

?We?re gratified that so many new customers have entrusted Lanyon to help them manage and grow their corporate business activity?, said Todd E. Tyler, President & CEO of Lanyon. ?We are especially pleased at the global footprint of these new relationships and that they?ve selected Lanyon as their business partner?.

In addition to new customer relationships, Lanyon is also proud to announce that 19 customers have expanded their relationships by adding more hotels and/or more services to their existing Lanyon solutions.

?The real measure of success isn?t simply about adding new customers, but earning the trust of existing customers through a dedication to delivering on commitments?, Tyler added. ?We take real satisfaction when so many of our clients decide to acquire additional Lanyon solutions. Our strategy of investing in solutions that deliver greater efficiencies, access to new revenues and greater insight into market performance is paying off for our customers and for Lanyon?.

Recent investment highlights and notable progress include,

Transient Sourcing ? Approximately 675 corporations (including 70% of F100) will issue their 2013 Transient Hotel RFPs using Lanyon, leading to a faster and more efficient bid submission process (no pre-configuration of accounts, no data transfer between platforms, online bid submission and negotiation) for hotels on our platform.

Market Leads ? Use of the Market Leads service by corporate buyers grew three-fold in 2012, with conversion rates of 12%, creating significant opportunities for subscribing hotels to increase participation in corporate preferred programs. We anticipate significantly expanded usage and similar conversion rates for 2013.

Hotel Directory ? More than 250,000 property searches are made every month by employees from hundreds of clients using the new Lanyon Hotel Directory. This quickly growing activity expands opportunities for our hotel customers to promote themselves to travelers and travel/meeting coordinators.

Meetings & Events and Engagements & Projects Sourcing ? Since the launch of these new lead sources in 2011, Lanyon has experienced significant adoption with a current annualized volume of over 15,000 RFPs. Lanyon recently announced a partnership to provide meeting and event sourcing to etouches growing global customer base.
